$100 for second child/all other siblings
$150 for the first child/$125 for siblings after June 1st. No refunds after that date
*Price includes T-Shirt for each child!

VBS is available to children 3yrs old and fully toilet trained (no pull-ups) thru current 4th grade.
Limited space available and a waitlist will be started if necessary.

*Friend requests will be considered but not guaranteed.

MEDICAL CONSENT & GENERAL RELEASE for 2026 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
I/We do hereby release the staff and officers from liability of accident, illness or injury during his/her participation in the Vacation Bible School (VBS) activities of Laguna Presbyterian Church July 13-17, 2026. I/We authorize the persons presenting this form to call a physician and to consent to any transportation, x-ray examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnoses or treatment and hospital care which is deemed advisable for my/our minor child in case of emergency. It is understood that a conscientious effort must be made to notify me/us before such action is taken. This authorization is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 25.8 of the Civil Code of California.
