Mississippi Farm to School Network Event Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our upcoming workshop for farmers, From the Farm to The Tray, Healthy Meals Come Your Way. The workshop will take place on July 21st, 2023 at the Golden Moon Resort and Casino from 9am-2pm.

During the workshop, farmers will gain the opportunity to:

Learn about the growing farm to school and farm to early childcare education market
Gain insight into the school procurement process
Tour the high tunnels at Choctaw Fresh
Participate in a drone demonstration by Alcorn State
Learn how to leverage federal and state programs
Meet and network with other farmers
Gain information on safe handling practices such as GAp/ghp gain technical assistance and resources

Your generous sponsorship will offset the costs of the event including scholarships for registration fees for, lunch, honorariums for speakers, honorarium and travel costs for the farmers, and more.
