  • Confirm that there are no holds on your account BEFORE submitting your request. Call 815-740-3392 for assistance.
  • Confirm all grades are posted to your unofficial transcript BEFORE submitting your request.
    • Transcripts will reflect the grades and degrees as of the day your request is received.
    • Current students - Click Here to confirm grades are posted (*IMPORTANT NOTE - Grades in Canvas may not be posted to transcript)

Please allow 7 working days from receipt for processing (up to 21 days at the end of each semester)

The University is closed from Dec. 24 - January 3. Transcript orders will be processed in the order in which they were received starting January 4. Please allow 7-10 days from January 4 for processing.
