Thank you for registering for the First IndyCatholic Mission Trip to Bethlehem Farm in rural Alderson, WV. This trip will take place on September 20-26th, 2020.There are a total of 10+ spots. The trip cost will be $415 per person with a discount of $65 to those who are willing to drive their personal cars. (Discount will be issued via a reimbursement if you pay in full or via a discount code prior to paying the remaining balance.) Drivers will also have all gas expenses reimbursed. Not included in this cost is the price of meals for travel to and from the farm. All other costs of the week are covered in the registration price.Currently you have the option of paying a $100 non-refundable deposit, the full registration price of $415 or creating a payment plan. If you opt for the deposit at this time the full registration price will be due by September 6th, 2020.
Prior to trip departure there will be 1 meeting for pre-trip planning and formation. (Tuesday Sept. 8th @ 7pm at the Catholic Center- 1400 N Meridian St) After registering, further details of these meetings and other trip specific details will be emailed to you by a member of IndyCatholic staff.
