Disclaimer: Holy Family High School and Tiger Theater Club is not responsible for any injury suffered by any person participating in the Holy Family Tiger Theater Camp during the days of June 4-15, 2018. This includes all employees, interns, actors, school administration and all other that are involved or associated with the aforementioned.

In exchange for the right to participate in the Holy Family Tiger Theater Camp, participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims for injuries to persons including death or to property that participant may incur as a result of participant’s participation in the event. This release discharges Holy Family High School, Tiger Theater Club, directors, interns, participants, and all others entities associated with Holy Family High School and Tiger Theater Club and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way to the event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence, carelessness, gross negligence or intentional act on the part of any participant.

Participant understands and acknowledges that a serious injury can occur during activities such as the Holy Family Tiger Theater Camp. Knowing such risks, participant hereby assumes all those risks and injury to persons including death related to event and release and holds harmless and indemnifies Holy Family High School, Tiger Theater Club and all other entities associated with the aforementioned for any such injury whether such injury arises from participating or others’ negligence, carelessness, gross negligence or intentional acts, including but not limited to all cost and attorneys fees.

Participant agrees that this waiver and release shall be binding on participant’s personal representatives, heirs, assigns, and next of kin.

Participant has carefully read and understands the foregoing waiver and release and signs this release as the participant’s own free act. Participant represents that in executing this document, that the party doing so has the full authority to enter into this agreement with Holy Family High School and Tiger Theater Club and acknowledges that Holy Family High School and Tiger Theater Club is relying upon the execution of this document in allowing participant to participate in the Holy Family Theater Camp.
