Program Donations
Located outside of Pittsburgh, WPSD offers a full range of academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students from Kindergarten through the 12th grade, along with a Residential program to accommodate students who live outside the Pittsburgh region.
Located in Clarks Summit, The Scranton School offers a broad range of academic and extracurricular programs for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, from age 3 through the 8th grade who live throughout northeastern Pennsylvania.
The Children's Center at the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf offers a unique learning environment for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, from ages 3 to 6. The all-inclusive communication environment allows for barrier-free communication between teachers and students. The program offers instruction in American Sign Language, Spoken English, or Sign-Supported English, depending on the students' needs.
The Children's Center at Hershey offers a day preschool in the Hershey area of Pennsylvania for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children from ages 3 to 4. The all-inclusive communication environment allows for barrier-free communication between teachers and students. The program offers instruction in American Sign Language, Spoken English, or Sign-Supported English, depending on the students' needs.
Located on the campus of Edinboro University, this program is a preschool program specifically tailored to Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, ages 3 to school age. The all-inclusive communication environment allows for barrier-free communication between teachers and students. The program offers instruction in American Sign Language, Spoken English, or Sign-Supported English, depending on the students' needs.
Our statewide early intervention program offers home-based services provided by certified Teachers of the Deaf to parents and their Deaf or Hard of Hearing children from birth through age 3.
