Thank you for your interest in participating in Gourmet Grub for Good, Cincinnati’s premier cook-off for a cause.

Ready to showcase your culinary prowess and compete with 30 of your fellow local, amateur cooks for the love and adoration of 200+ people all while building a vibrant and inclusive community? This is the event for you! Here are a few things to know about participating in the event:

Food must be prepared in advance and brought to the event ready to serve
Cook must provide warming, cooling and serving trays, pans and utensils (spatula, large spoon, etc.). Small cups or plates for sampling will be provided. Electricity will be provided if requested.
It is recommended that cooks prepare 150 sample servings (sample serving=Dixie cup)
You will have a fun and memorable experience!

The reason we are requesting an early registration is that we create marketing and promotions for each of our chefs, representing our various member organizations. An early list of chefs allows us to maximize our ability to generate excitement (and ticket sales!) for the event!
