Join Candle Summers of Pacific Northwest Meditation and Phyllis Moses of Taradhatu for a day of meditation, movement, and the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls.
We come together to share reflection on darkness and finding light while coming to our heart’s joy with meditation and simple movements based on sacred dance practices. We celebrate life with music, song and dance! No experience is necessary, all genders welcome and no commitments to undertake other than to your own Presence! The Mandala Dances of the 21 Praises of Tara is a simple ritual movement offered worldwide as a prayer of peace, protection, empowerment, and wisdom.
Join in joyous companionship in the Dharma with others for a day of meditation and healing. There will be a letting go ceremony of something you no longer wish to carry with you through release of flying wish papers. Write it, light it, let it fly!
We will be seated, standing and lying down. All abilities can be accommodated. Bring a mat for laying on the floor and blanket to be cozy. We warmly welcome people of every age, ethnicity, cultural heritage, and religious background. We welcome people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, all socio-economic groups, and all abilities. Come for meditation and celebration! Pre-registration suggested, but donations will also be accepted at the door.
