Cave Time: Leading During Dark Times

Thursday, January 19 10 AM to 12 PM ET

How does a spiritual leader lead during dark times? How does one lead his or her own life and others well during cave time? It can be a personal “cave” like depression or fear, a local church “cave” like lack of vitality or staff conflict, a community “cave” like a natural disaster or economic instability or a denominational “cave” like judicatory squabbles or damaging division. It doesn’t matter what cave you are in, God wants to meet you where you are and transform you and the people you lead. God does some of God’s best work when you encounter the “caves” along your spiritual leadership journey—if you learn to embrace it!
