Established in 1958, the Fathers & Friends Organization provides financial support to supplement and enhance the facilities and athletic programs of Mater Dei Catholic High School. In addition to the MEGA Raffle, the Palm Sunday Breakfast, and 50/50 drawings at athletic events, the Fathers & Friends sponsors a monthly cash raffle.

A $12.00 yearly subscription provides the buyer one entry into each month's raffle for 12 months.

The winners are drawn at the Fathers and Friends meetings, which take place on the last Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (except in December, when the meeting is held on the third Monday). Each month, a winner is drawn for one $200.00 prize and two $50.00 prizes.

As a result of these fundraising activities, the Fathers & Friends organization was able to make renovations to the restroom facilities at the athletic stadium, renovate the playing surfaces of the football/soccer, baseball, and softball fields, and install air conditioning, new bleachers, a new score board, and a better sound system in the gymnasium.
