► HELD IN PERSON at Portland Insight Meditation Center ◀︎
Allow yourself to surrender to the healing power of sound, creating space for peace, renewal, and deep inner harmony. This offering begins with a brief guided meditation, followed by an extended Sound Bath featuring the resonant tones of gong and other healing instruments. The soothing frequencies help promote deep relaxation, renewal, and overall physical and emotional well-being.
What to Expect:
Introduction & Intention Setting – A short meditation to center the mind and prepare for the journey.
Sound Bath – Experience the immersive power of sound as vibrations wash over you, supporting deep rest and energetic balance.
Closing & Integration – Time for reflection, gentle reawakening, and optional sharing.
What to Bring:
To enhance your comfort, we recommend bringing:
-A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask—whatever supports you in fully relaxing while lying down for an hour.
-A small personal item for the altar to honor someone or something, set an intention, or infuse with positive energy.
Please Note:
This workshop is offered in partnership with Crown & Heart Healing and follows a different financial model than our standard PIMC offerings. See details below.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.
Doors open 30 minutes before the event. Please arrive early, as we’re unable to accommodate late arrivals.
