The Masorti Movement in Israel is developing an emergency, multi-pronged, campaign to pursue justice for Yosef Kibita and the Abayudaya Community. Yosef seeks to make Aliyah but permission has been denied by the Israeli Ministry of the Interior. This decision is being applied to the entire Abayudaya community of Uganda.

Elements of the campaign to be undertaken immediately are:

• Legal Action, with court action to be taken in June;
• Political advocacy at the Knesset and with the Ministry of the Interior;
• Public education with both Israeli and global Jewry; and
• Engagement of Israelis and Jews worldwide in a mass grassroots support effort for Kibita Yosef and the Abayudaya.

Please give as generously as you possibly can -- and as quickly as you can-- since the court case must be heard THIS JUNE! All funds contributed will be used by the Masorti Movement to support efforts for Yosef Kibita and equality in Israel for the Abayudaya community.
