Perpetual Mass Enrollment Form

The Rogationist Perpetual Mass Program is a spiritual gift tradition offered to you by the Rogationist Fathers. When you enroll your relative or friend in the Rogationist Perpetual Mass program,you are asking God to bless, protect, heal, and comfort that person through Jesus' saving love.
