Get Stronger and Faster!

All 7th, and 8th grade girls and boys interested in athletic performance development are invited to sign up for a 4-week strength and conditioning series to be held in two sessions.

Session 1 - January 22 - February 14, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Session 2 - March 18 - April 10, Mondays and Wednesdays

Time: 4:15-5 p.m.

Seventh and eighth graders will participate in age-appropriate workouts focusing on all aspects of safe and effective athletic development. Workouts will include strength training, speed and agility drills, flexibility, and injury prevention. Taught by Gross Catholic’s Strength and Conditioning Staff. Camp will be held in the Health and Conditioning Center.

Gross Catholic has the best training facility in the Omaha area. In addition, all sessions are held by our great coaching staff who aim to help young athletes increase speed, agility, strength, and power in a way that is safe and effective. This is a great opportunity for junior high students to become stronger, faster, and more confident in their sports.
