As Mother's Day approaches, many of us look for that special gift to give our mothers that shows the appreciation we have for all they have done for us. We recognize that powerful role our mothers played in the formation of both our character and conscience. As a Catholic school, Mater Dei shares that ministry that our mothers began by continuing to develop both the mind and spirit of our young students.
Mater Dei Catholic High School extends an opportunity for you to remember and honor your mother, living or deceased, in a very special way. By donating to Mater Dei Catholic High School, your mother will be honored at the May Mass on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10:18am. As is tradition, the May Mass at Mater Dei is celebrated to honor Mary, the Mother of God, and therefore is a fitting occasion to honor other mothers as well. Your donation will not only be a special gift for your mother, but also a wonderful gift for the the students of Mater Dei Catholic High School as the monies raised will go towards Student Tuition Assistance.
You are also invited to attend the Mother's Day Mass. All we ask is that you let us know the number of individuals who will be attending the Mass by calling the school office at 618-526-7216 by Tuesday, May 5, 2026, so we can plan appropriate seating.
